—Project Management System Passes Practical Test

On October 28, 2025, at the Marina View project site in Singapore, as the first batch of curtain wall panels were installed with precision to fit perfectly into place, a long-awaited milestone finally came to life from the blueprints. This marked not only Lingyun’s first physical showcase in the Singapore market but also served as a comprehensive validation and reward for all the prior efforts and groundwork. From blueprint to the installation of the first panel, the project team remained highly motivated. Facing challenges such as limited manpower and stringent standards, team members worked together in unity, advancing on multiple fronts, and rapidly learning and refining details through hands-on experience. Facing the entirely new “Design & Build” and NSC contract models, the team proactively updated their understanding and restructured processes, gradually establishing a complete workflow spanning design, approvals, material approval, and construction. Hundreds of days of design coordination, dozens of rounds of material approvals, and repeated, rigorous VMU reviews—every step embodied the team’s patience and professionalism. In a new market environment with no precedents to follow, the team has solidly established a systematic foundation for project execution.
